Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, to ensure we can serve all our clients efficiently, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled mobile grooming service will incur a $10 fee. This helps us cover the costs associated with preparing for your appointment and the time reserved exclusively for your pet. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
